We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We guarantee delivery to the address provided by the date on your order (excluding Hospital and Hotel Delivery, please see below). We will make every attempt to verify the address and delivery information and reserve the right to make changes should an error be found. We cannot guarantee delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or weather which delays our national carriers.
Hospital and Hotel Delivery *
Delivery to Hospitals and Hotels is not recommended. However, if you would like your gift delivered to this type of location, please research the following information before placing your order:
- What are the Hospital and/or Hotel’s policy on accepting packages for patient, guests or employees? (Most Hospitals and Hotels do not accept packages or have specific guidelines to be followed)
- How are the packages received? (Many Hospitals and Hotels have a central receiving department. Many Hospitals and Hotels do not allow delivery personnel to deliver to a specific room due to privacy regulations and security issues.
We guarantee the package will be delivered to the Hospital and/or Hotel by the date on your order; however, we cannot guarantee the date that the package is delivered to the recipient of the gift. We assume no liability for gifts that are lost within the Hospital and/or Hotel, failure of delivery by employees, or for gifts arriving after a patient and/or guest has checked out.
